Ian J. Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, Servient Inc.
Ian has an extensive background in law and technology. He is an attorney with over 15 years of experience as a commercial litigator, and has tried numerous technology, intellectual property and securities cases. While in private practice, Mr. Wilson practiced law with Hirschler, Fleischer, a prominent Virginia law firm, where he served as the chair of their technology practice group. Ian was recognized as one of the top attorneys in Virginia by Virginia Business magazine in their annual Virginia Legal Elite listing.

Ian is a frequent author and lecturer on electronic discovery and the use of technology in litigation. Ian has consulted with Fortune 500 companies, state attorneys general and numerous leading law firms on the preservation, collection and production of electronic records in litigation, as well as strategies for increasing efficiency in the litigation process.

Ian was also the founder of DiscSense, Inc., a company focused on search technology for legal resources. After executing a successful growth strategy, the company was acquired by West Publishing Company in 1998.

Ian graduated from the University of Richmond Law School in Virginia, where he was an editor of the law review. Ian also served as a judicial clerk for Justice A. Christian Compton of the Virginia Supreme Court prior to entering private practice.

Ray Reaux, Chief Technology Officer, Servient Inc.
Mr. Reaux has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and has worked in both the aerospace and information systems industry. Prior to joining Servient, Mr. Reaux was Director of Software Engineering for Parikh Advanced Systems, a regional development firm where he supervised teams of web developers in numerous development projects. Mr. Reaux was also a principal software engineer for Versata, a technology company headquartered in Silicon Valley, and has consulted with Fortune-500 companies and government organizations.

Mr. Reaux has extensive experience in leading enterprise system and open source development. Mr. Reaux brings a high-level understanding and experience with the latest technologies to the legal market, as well as extensive hands-on experience in code development and software project management.

Mr. Reaux holds BS and MS degrees in computer science and industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science with a specialty in human-computer interaction.

Kaustubh Cholkar, Director of India Operations
Kaustubh Cholkar has extensive experience in managing offshore product development work for US based companies with significant experience in the legal domain. He has held technical and leadership positions at product development companies and has been recognized multiple times for technical and managerial excellence. Kaustubh holds a bachelors degree in engineering from Nagpur University, India.

Satish Talim, Board Member
Satish has over 29 years of experience in software engineering and has extensive experience in managing offshore product development work for US based companies. He has also helped Build, Operate and Transfer in Pune, many US based companies like Infonox amongst others. Satish is a frequent author and lecturer in programming languages like Ruby, Java and C. His Learning Ruby site is an authorative site on Ruby programming. He also runs and manages two of the largest User Groups in the world - PuneRuby and Pune-Java. Satish holds degrees in engineering, computer science and management from the University of Pune, India.
